About this item
Waterfront cottage on Lake Huron in Northern Bruce Peninsula, a short drive from Tobermory, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the Grotto. Four bedrooms, five beds and two bathrooms; sleeps 8 (six adults plus two children on the custom bunks).
Two connected buildings with a second-floor loft on a private double lot, screened by forest, with two ponds and a creek running down to the lake. Winterized, with year-round road access and self check-in by lockbox.
What is here: an open-concept living room with a wood stove, a full kitchen, a deck with a lake view, a hot tub (May to November, fee applies), an outdoor fire pit and barbecue, a treehouse, an arcade and games room, and for June to September two canoes, two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards and two bicycles with life jackets.
Good to know: bring your own bath towels and blankets (pillows, bed protectors, kitchen and bath linens, toiletries and cleaning products are provided). Wi-Fi is available but slow and cell reception is spotty; there is a phone on the premises. Well water with UV treatment, safe to drink. Quiet outdoors after 10 pm. One-week minimum in summer, with check-in on Sundays. Short-term rental licence 2023-179.
