Keep a record
Guests can add photos when they arrive and send a short returned-as-found checklist with photos when they leave. You add your own photos at departure. All of it stays private between you and the guest, with the date.
Charge what suits you
A cleaning fee, a refundable deposit, both or neither: your choice, and you collect any money through your own payment link. Yaybe does not take a cut of your bookings and never holds a guest's money.
Run the turnover
Give your cleaner a task for the day a guest leaves, with the checklist, and release the door code and arrival notes the day before arrival, all on one calendar.
